Vintage-Holz ships to the countries and regions available for selection during checkout.

Available shipping destinations, shipping methods and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, the products ordered, their dimensions and the size and weight of the shipment.

Due to the dimensions and nature of our products, a large proportion of our orders are shipped by freight carrier.

Smaller or suitable products may also be shipped by parcel service where available.

Vintage-Holz offers products in lengths of several metres. Due to their dimensions, particularly long or oversized products may require special freight arrangements.

Where an automatic shipping price cannot be provided for a particular product, destination or shipment, the transport costs may need to be calculated individually.

In such cases, the customer will be informed of the applicable transport conditions and costs before any separately agreed transport arrangement becomes binding.

Any delivery time stated on the relevant product page or during checkout applies to the respective order unless otherwise agreed.

Freight deliveries may require an appointment with the recipient. The freight carrier may contact the customer using the contact details provided with the order.
